Done over clothes · No oil · 45 / 60 min
A massage done entirely through your clothes, with no oil and nothing to wash off — firm pressure, compression and gentle stretches, at home, in under an hour.
What it is
The same muscular work, delivered through clothing.
Dry body massage is exactly what the name says: a massage with no oil, no cream and no lotion. You stay fully clothed from start to finish, and the therapist works through light clothing using firm palm pressure, compression, thumb and forearm work, and gentle assisted stretches.
Without oil there is no glide, so the technique changes. Instead of long sliding strokes, pressure is applied straight down into the muscle and held, then released — a rhythm closer to acupressure and assisted stretching than to a classic oil massage. For muscular tightness it works extremely well, because compression reaches muscle just as effectively as gliding does, and the stretches open up what pressure alone cannot.
What it is not is a sedative, skin-level relaxation massage. If what you want is warm oil and slow flowing strokes to drift off to, an oil-based session is the better booking.
How a session runs
Turn up in comfortable clothes — that is the whole preparation.
Where it is tight, how firm you like it, and anything to work around — a recent injury, a sensitive area, a medical condition.
Broad, slow palm pressure along the back and legs to settle you and find where the tension actually sits.
Thumb, palm and forearm pressure into the tight bands, held and released, with the depth set entirely by what you say.
Gentle assisted stretches through the shoulders, hips and legs, then a few minutes of lighter pressure to settle everything down.
Why people choose it
Mostly practical ones.
The single most common reason. For a first massage, or for anyone uneasy about undressing at home, staying clothed removes the awkward part entirely.
Nothing in your hair, nothing on your skin, no towel to launder. You finish the session and carry on with your day.
A 45-minute session with no setup or clean-up either side is realistic on a lunch break or between meetings.
If oils, creams or fragrances irritate your skin, this sidesteps the problem completely.
Compression and stretching are very effective on tight shoulders, a stiff lower back and hips that have not moved all day.
Nothing to commit to and nothing to prepare. If you have never booked a home massage before, this is the least daunting way to start.
Practicalities
Short list, because there genuinely is not much to it.
Before you book
Worth saying plainly.
Dry body massage is not the right choice if what you want is deep sedative relaxation — the slow, warm, drifting kind. Without oil there is no glide, and glide is what produces that effect. An oil-based relaxation session is the better fit there.
Compression and stretching are also adjusted or avoided around recent injury, swelling, inflammation, fractures, skin infections and varicose veins. If you are pregnant, have osteoporosis or a joint condition, or are being treated for anything that affects your bones or circulation, check with your doctor first and say so when you book. Persistent pain in one place needs a doctor or physiotherapist, not a massage.
If you want deeper, machine-steady pressure on dense muscle, body massager massage goes further. For warm oil and slow strokes, the full list of massage services has the better options.

Questions
The things people ask before a first booking.
It is a massage done fully clothed, with no oil, cream or lotion. The therapist works through light clothing using firm palm pressure, compression, thumb work and gentle assisted stretches along the back, shoulders, arms and legs.
Yes, from start to finish. Wear something loose and comfortable — a cotton t-shirt and track pants or leggings are ideal. Nothing is removed and nothing is applied to your skin.
For muscular tightness and stiffness, yes. Compression and stretching reach muscle very effectively without needing glide. Oil massage is the better choice when you want long flowing strokes and a sedative, skin-level relaxation effect.
Forty-five or sixty minutes. Because there is no oil to apply and nothing to wash off afterwards, the appointment is shorter end to end than an oil massage of the same length.
Yes, and that is one of its main advantages. There is no oil in your hair or on your skin, no shower needed afterwards, and you can go straight back to work or out of the house.
Anyone who would rather not undress, who dislikes oil, who has sensitive skin, or who wants a session that fits into a busy day. It also suits people new to massage who feel more at ease staying clothed.
Tell the therapist when you book. Compression and stretching are adjusted or avoided around an injury, and areas with recent injury, swelling or inflammation are left alone. For a diagnosed problem, check with your doctor first.
Tell us your area, your preferred time and where the stiffness is. We confirm availability and the arrival window on WhatsApp before anything is booked.
