The single largest factor. Sixty minutes each is the common choice; ninety minutes each is a noticeably longer visit and is priced accordingly.

A couples visit is generally better value than two separate bookings, because the therapist travels once and sets up once rather than twice.
Where you are in the city
Central Hyderabad and Secunderabad are routine. Locations well outside the city involve more travel, which is built into the quote rather than added afterwards.

A spa is carrying the cost of the building: the rooms, the reception, the staff on shift whether or not anyone books. That sits inside every treatment on the menu. A home visit carries none of it — what you are paying for is the therapist’s time and travel.
