Inviting a therapist into your home is a matter of trust, and we take that seriously. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what we handle, how we use it, and how quickly we delete it. The short version: we keep almost nothing, we never share anything, and we never contact you unless you contact us first. Your session is completely confidential

Everything about your appointment is private. Your identity, your address, your preferences, and the simple fact that you booked at all are never discussed, shared, or disclosed to anyone. What happens during your session stays strictly between you and your therapist, within professional boundaries. Discretion is not an add-on — it is how we operate on every single appointment.

No photos, recordings, or notes

Your therapist never photographs, films, or records any part of your appointment, your home, or you. No photos, audio, or video of your session are ever taken, requested, or kept — by anyone, at any time.

Discretion about your home and your identity

We do not note, keep, or discuss anything about your home, your building, your neighbourhood, or your household. The fact that you contacted us is itself private: if anyone ever asks, we will neither confirm nor deny that you are a client.

No strings attached

Booking with us is simple and obligation-free. There is no membership, no sign-up, no account to create, and no commitment of any kind. You reach out when you would like a session, we arrange it, and that is the entire relationship. You are never pressured to rebook, upgrade, or continue.

We delete your details immediately after your session

We do not keep a client database. Once your appointment is complete, the personal details you shared to arrange it — your name or preferred name, your address, your contact number, and any notes about your preferences — are deleted from our records straight away. We do not maintain a history of past clients or sessions. If you book again in the future, you simply share your details again at that time.

How we protect your details while we hold them

For the short time your booking details exist — only until your session is complete — they are kept privately and are seen only by the person arranging your appointment. They are never added to a shared system, a mailing list, a backup, or any client database, and they are deleted as soon as your session is done.

We never message you first

We will only ever reply to a message that you send to us. We do not initiate contact. That means no marketing messages, no promotional offers, no follow-ups, no reminders, and no adding you to any list or broadcast. If you do not message us, you will not hear from us. When you do message us, we reply discreetly and professionally, and only about your enquiry.

WhatsApp and messaging

Any messages you send are treated as confidential and are used only to arrange your appointment. WhatsApp conversations are protected by the app’s own end-to-end encryption, and we are happy to clear our side of the chat whenever you ask.

What information we collect — and why

We collect only what is genuinely needed to arrange your appointment, and only when you choose to contact us:

• Your name, or a preferred name
• Your location or address, so your therapist can reach you
• Your contact number, so we can confirm the appointment
• Your massage preferences and anything relevant to your comfort or safety

We do not ask for, or store, any information beyond this.

You can stay as anonymous as you like

You are welcome to use a first name or a preferred name — you never have to give us more than you are comfortable sharing. You can ask us anything before you share any detail, and you decide how much to tell us.

Payment privacy

We never store your card, bank, or UPI details, and we never request them through chat. Payment is arranged directly and simply, and no financial information is recorded or kept by us.

How we use your information

Your information is used for one purpose only: to arrange and deliver your massage. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your details with any third party for marketing or for any other reason. The only people who ever see your booking details are those directly involved in arranging your session.

The website, cookies & analytics

Our website may use standard cookies and basic analytics to keep the site running smoothly and to understand general visitor trends — for example, which pages are most popular. This is anonymous website-usage data and is not linked to you as a client or to your bookings. You can control or block cookies at any time through your own browser settings.

This is an adults-only service

Our home massage service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect or keep information from anyone under the age of 18.

Your rights and your control

You are always in control of your information. At any time you may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent — though in most cases your details will already have been deleted after your session. We will always act on your request promptly and honestly.
