Complete session · Head to feet
Everything covered, at a pressure you set — the session to book when it is not one specific thing but simply all of it.
A full body massage covers the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet and scalp in a single session. It is the most-booked therapy here, and usually the right answer when the honest description of the problem is not a stiff shoulder or bad sleep but simply that everything feels tired.
The pressure is set by you rather than by the therapy. The same full-body sequence can be run light and flowing, or firm and deliberate, or somewhere in between, and it can change area by area — firm on the back where most people want it, lighter on the legs. That is agreed at the start and adjusted as the session goes.
Because it covers everything, the trade-off is depth. Sixty minutes across the whole body means roughly fifteen on the back. If one area is genuinely the problem, a focused session will do more for it than a full body one.
Suitability
What it helps with
The session
Where you want firm work, where you want light, and anything to leave alone entirely.
The longest section of the session, because it is where most people carry the most.
Frequently skipped elsewhere and frequently the part clients say they did not expect to enjoy.
Worked from the hips down, with extra time on the feet if you want it.
A few minutes of scalp work, which is where most people stop keeping track of the time.

At your home
Everything is brought to you: a premium massage oil or nourishing body cream and a clean, professional massager, for you alone.
Included with every session
Small touches that come with your massage to ease you into deeper relaxation and help your natural happy hormones flow — always included, and never charged separately.

Back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet and scalp. It does not include any private areas — this is professional therapeutic massage and the boundaries are fixed. You can also ask for any area to be left out entirely.
Sixty covers everything at a reasonable pace. Ninety is noticeably better if you want proper time on the back as well as everything else, and most clients who try it do not go back to sixty.
No. Undress to whatever level you are comfortable with. You stay comfortably and modestly covered throughout, and your privacy is respected at all times. Your private areas are never exposed and are never part of the massage.
Neither is better; they answer different questions. If everything feels tired, book full body. If one shoulder has been locked for a month, a focused session will achieve more in the same hour.
A quiet, comfortable spot and a power point. A premium massage oil — avocado or Himalayan relaxation — or a nourishing body cream, along with a professional massager, are all brought to you.
The therapist works through the body in a set order, usually starting at the back and shoulders and finishing at the feet, checking the pressure as the session goes. Only the area being worked on is uncovered at any moment, and everything else stays covered. You can change the pressure, skip an area or end the session at any point.
No. You undress only to the level you are comfortable with, and most people keep their underwear on. Only the area being worked on is uncovered; the rest stays covered throughout. You decide this before anything begins and can change your mind during the session.
No, and it is a fair question to ask. “Full body” means the main muscle groups of the back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs and feet, not every part of the body; private areas are never involved. You can also name any other area you would rather leave out, and it is skipped without discussion.
It can be, but usually it is not. Deep tissue work concentrates on specific areas of long-standing tightness, so a session often focuses on the back and shoulders, or the legs, rather than covering everything evenly. If you want whole-body coverage at a comfortable pressure, a full-body relaxation or Swedish session is the better fit.
No. A full-body massage covers the back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs and feet — private areas are not massaged, and a request to include them will be declined. Calming Touch provides professional wellness and therapeutic massage only, and that applies to every session without exception.
No. The only thing on offer is professional therapeutic massage, in the formats listed on this site. There is no off-menu option and nothing that is arranged privately with the therapist.
No. Price reflects the length of the session and the therapy you choose, and nothing else. There is no premium tier and nothing that becomes available for more money.
No. Bookings are for massage therapy only. We do not offer companionship, social visits, or any booking that is not a massage session.
