Targeted · Treatment session
A focused session on the four places desk work destroys — upper back, shoulders, neck and lower back. Not a full-body massage.
This is a treatment session rather than a relaxation one, and the difference is where the time goes. Instead of spreading an hour thinly across the whole body, the entire session is spent on the spine and the muscles around it, combining trigger-point work, sustained pressure and gentle assisted stretching.
Most back and neck pain seen in Hyderabad clients is postural rather than injury-related: hours at a desk, a long commute, a phone held at chest height, a mattress that stopped supporting anything two years ago. The muscles adapt to those positions and then object. That kind of tension responds well to focused manual work.
What it will not do is fix the cause. If you spend nine hours a day in a chair set at the wrong height, the tension comes back. Massage buys relief and range of movement; the chair, the screen height and how often you get up decide how long it lasts.
Suitability
What it helps with
The session
Where it hurts and where the problem is are often different places. Referred pain from the shoulder blade area is extremely common.
Usually the densest area, and usually where most of the session goes.
Slow, careful work. This is where most tension headaches originate.
Tight hip flexors from sitting pull on the lower back constantly, so the two are worked together.
Gentle guided movement at the end to hold the range that has just opened up.

At your home
Everything is brought to you: a premium massage oil or nourishing body cream and a clean, professional massager, for you alone.
Included with every session
Small touches that come with your massage to ease you into deeper relaxation and help your natural happy hormones flow — always included, and never charged separately.
Questions
No, and anyone promising that is not being straight with you. Massage can ease muscular tension, improve movement and reduce discomfort, often substantially. It cannot correct a structural problem or undo the posture that caused it. For muscular and postural pain it works well; for anything else, see a doctor first.
For tension that has built over months, most clients feel a clear difference after the first session and a more lasting change after three or four spread across a few weeks. If nothing has changed after two sessions, massage is probably not the right answer for your problem and we will say so.
For a focused back and neck session, yes. All of it is spent on the problem area. Sixty minutes allows a slower pace and more time on the lower back and hips.
Tension headaches that begin at the base of the skull or behind the eyes often respond well to focused neck and shoulder work. Migraines are a different condition and massage is not a treatment for them, though some clients find a session helps between episodes.
If you have a specific painful area, book this. If your back is one of several things bothering you and you also want to relax, book the full body session instead.
